Explaining happens about the in class.
Someone discovers your organization and wants to join. They compare a few courses, wonder which level is right for them, and look for dates, prices, or availability. When the answer is not immediately clear, they reach out. Before long, you are coordinating by email, answering questions, matching learners, and moving people between groups. What could have been a smooth journey becomes another manual process.

I help learning organizations to present themselves clearly and simplify their day-to-day operations. To achieve this I combine my web developer skills with my teaching experiences. For eight years I was a high school mathematics teacher. Almost from the start I began developing my own content and to explore digital tools.
I worked in a learning organization, where I set up and led the math department. This gave me the opportunity to create my own program. But also to first-handedly experience all the other work that comes with it, like setting up classes, calling parents about payments, and many many emails.
Over time, my interest in content and digital tools grew into building them myself as a web developer. In a learning agency, I combined that with didactics and design to build learning solutions for companies. Today my creations decrease some of the administrative tasks that I myself had. So teachers can focus more on teaching.
Good learning deserves good support.
